About

I’m Rachel and I’m a therapist based in Taunton with over a decade of experience working with individuals and families of all age groups.  I offer a warm, empathic, confidential space online, or in-person.  


I have experience working within a family assessment centre and currently work as a school counsellor alongside a private therapy setting. I am a fully accredited member of the BACP and have significant experience in working with all ages, from 7 upwards, with specific training in mental health in young people. I also have training specific to anxiety, depression, stress, eating disorders, addiction, self-harm and domestic violence.


I am registered with Axa Health, Bupa, Aviva, WPA, and Vitality Health insurers, hold professional liability insurance, valid ICO registration and have an enhanced DBS. I adhere to the BACP’s ethical framework and attend regular CPD and supervision.
